As a non-profit Community Health Center, Inland Behavioral and Health Services is dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality healthcare that is accessible to everyone. Our skilled team of clinicians proudly serve communities across the Inland Empire, with a particular focus on supporting the underserved.
At Inland Behavioral and Health Services, our Women’s Health program is dedicated to providing patient-centered, whole-person care with a proactive approach to ensuring the well-being of women, even before pregnancy. Our goal is to support you with comprehensive care, helping to pave the way for a healthy and joyful pregnancy experience.
We proudly serve communities in San Bernardino and Riverside counties, offering convenient access. Our team will guide you through every step of your prenatal care. When it’s time to deliver, one of our an on-call partners at the hospital will be by your side. After delivery, we will continue to care for you and your newborn, ensuring a smooth transition into parenthood.
Your journey will begin with an initial meeting with one of our perinatal health workers, who will prepare you for your first visit with a clinician. This first visit usually occurs between eight and 12 weeks of pregnancy, during which a limited ultrasound will be performed to confirm your baby’s heartbeat and your due date. You will then be scheduled for a detailed ultrasound between 18 and 22 weeks to carefully assess your baby’s growth and development.
At every follow-up visit, your clinician will be available to answer your questions, conduct thorough examinations, and ensure that all necessary tests are performed. Additionally, you will work closely with your perinatal health worker for nutrition and health education, equipping you with the knowledge and tools to maintain your health throughout your pregnancy and beyond.
Counseling
We offer supportive counseling to help you navigate family challenges and address any personal needs you may have, providing a safe space for open conversations.

Our team provides comprehensive guidance on maintaining a healthy diet, including specific advice on which foods to embrace and which to avoid for optimal health during pregnancy.
Resources
Our health educators are dedicated to connecting you with essential community resources, including WIC, food banks, and other support services to ensure you and your family receive the care you need.
Checkups
We provide regular monthly checkups throughout your pregnancy, or more frequently as needed. Additionally, we offer yearly well-woman exams, including PAP tests, which are vital for early detection of cervical cancer and other reproductive health issues.
Education
You’ll receive health education and personalized nutrition assessments once every trimester from perinatal educator, ensuring you stay informed and healthy throughout your pregnancy.
Testing
We conduct routine tests, including urine, blood work, and ultrasounds, to monitor both your health and your baby’s development, providing peace of mind and early detection of any concerns.
We are dedicated to eliminating the barriers that underserved communities often face in accessing healthcare.
Our ongoing mission is to ensure that every patient receives quality care, regardless of their insurance coverage or income level. We achieve this by accepting all major insurance plans and providing services on a sliding scale fee basis.
Regardless of your needs, whether it is keeping up with an immunization schedule, school physical, or a sick kid visit, we know you and your children will feel welcome and comfortable at Inland Behavioral and Health Services, Inc.
