Who We Are.

Inland Behavioral and Health Services, Inc. (IBHS) is a Non-Profit, Federally Certified, State Licensed, community-based agency serving the Inland Empire since 1978. Through a body of concerned community citizens, the mission of IBHS is dedicated to helping the community achieve and maintain general good health, education and welfare through commitment in providing excellent service in the areas of physical health care, dental care, substance abuse

treatment, mental health improvement, homeless services and prevention education.

IBHS strives to provide high-quality patient services. Our top priority is the quality of care provided to its patients, through continuous improvement in the delivery of treatment services. Quality is achieved when the patient who accesses our services improves his or her life as a result of our attention.

Inland Behavioral and Health Services is a community-based non-profit Federally Qualified Healthcare Provider with three locations in the city of San Bernardino and one in the city of Banning.

IBHS, Inc., is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) program grantee under 42 U.S. Code § 254b and receives funding from the US Department of Health and Human Services.

IBHS, Inc., has a Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims (including medical malpractice claims) for itself and its covered individuals.
