Inland Behavioral and Health Services, Inc. (IBHS) is a non-profit, federally certified, state licensed, community-based agency serving the Inland Empire since 1978. IBHS currently has three locations in the city of San Bernardino, and one in the city of Banning. IBHS has two primary divisions: primary healthcare and social services.
Inland Behavioral & Health Services, Inc. is an organization of four clinics which service the needs of our community. We provide health, mental health, substance abuse, dental, WIC, and assistance’s services.
Chief Executive Officer / PresidentDr. Temetry A. Lindsey, has successfully led IBHS for the past 40 years. She holds a B.A. from the University of California, Riverside in Political Science, a M.A. in Public Administration from Pepperdine University, and a Doctorate in Public Administration from the University of La Verne.
Chief Financial Officer Mr. Peter DeMel, has provided oversight for IBHS finances for over 32 years. He has a B.A. from California State University, __ in Accounting, and a M.B.A. in Finance from the University of La Verne.

Dr. John Wilson, joined IBHS’ Management Team in 2004 as the Chief Operations Officer responsible for the daily management of the corporation before leaving in 2008 to serve as Assistant City Attorney for the City of San Bernardino. Dr. Wilson served as City Attorney for the City of San Bernardino from 1984-1990, and for the City of Banning (in Riverside County) from 1990-2004. Dr. Wilson re-joined IBHS’ management team in November 2010. With his extensive municipal experience, he helped IBHS negotiate the building process for the new clinic facility, and brought extensive experience in personnel/labor and staff training to our management team, as well as extensive contracts with local government.
To Dr. Wilson, thank you for the indelible mark you have left on our lives and our hearts. You were more than a colleague; you were a guiding light, a source of inspiration, and a dear friend. Your journey with us may have concluded, but your story continues to resonate, inspiring us to live and work with the same zeal and integrity you exemplified. Your memory will continue to inspire us, and your legacy will live on in the work we do and the way we do it.

IBHS, Inc., is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) program grantee under 42 U.S. Code § 254b and receives funding from the US Department of Health and Human Services.
IBHS, Inc., has a Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims (including medical malpractice claims) for itself and its covered individuals.
